I just purchased a Brain Favia and a Acan... What is the light and water flow requirements? When I disinfected the corals they touched and now there are a spot on each coral that looks well not the best. It's not bad just not the best looking...

They will fight and devour eachother. The favia has sweeper tentacles at night that can get pretty long so make sure it has its own space. Medium light and flow for both so id say place them on the bottom for awhile and let them acclimate. Did you post about getting new coral without a pic cody.........

Now my Monti, the one I bought mostly bleached, is now at 100% and starting to get its growth ring. So I believe these will recover very fine...

Get a better pic tomorrow with the whites on, the last pic looks unusual for an acan. Nice score nonetheless.

I tried to turn them on, lights that is, and the blue washes out the color... But thy are both non topical colors... The brain is green on the inside and purple-ish around and the Acan is orange and green
