Any used tank over 150gallons, a buck a gallon is a good deal provided it is not scratched up.

You can easily drill a non reef ready tank, and I prefer it that way because then you can make the overflow holes how you want them. Most RR tanks out there are not the best design for an overflow. A calfo or less intrusive design works a lot better and wastes less space. Granted the bigger the tank the less the space is an issue.

What are the dimensions, and no Red, I am not going to steal it out from under you:)

Keep your eyes open for me for a nice big frag tank, like 3 feet x 6 feet, or even 4x8 by a foot deep or so:)

The dimensions are 6x 2.5 x2.5 If i remember right. It is a glass tank, and still there. However After talking about it with him I think I may pass on the offer. The bottom pane of the tank was replaced when it broke He replaced it with plexiglass. and the support bar broke as well and that was replaced. I mean I know fix it jobs can be good and stuff but Im not sure on the quality of his work. Supposably the tank has been up and running since 3 years after the breakage and the fix. But Im not to sure!

Regardless after talking to my mother I think I am going to go a different route and build my own tank! That way I can have my own custom footprint (8x3x1.5) more then likely!

sucks about the 250 :( but the new build should be a fun project, that would be a monster tank!

Yeah last time I looked at it in a calculator I thought it was somewhere near 270g.
