Doing a water change doesn't have anything really to do with this. You need to be measuring this.

Salinity: 1.025
dKH/KH/Alkalinity: Not sure but I dose Kent Marine Coral Builder twice a week

You should *never* dose anything unless you are testing for what you are dosing. You don't know what your levels are before or after so you don't know if it's needed, if you're using too much, too little. This is a problem. Your clam will not be happy in this situation.

Stop dosing Kent and start testing.

Magnesium: Don't Know

You need to know this. It is important to keep Mg stable in reef ranges or your Alk/Ca will not be stable.

I recommend the Salifert test kit for this.

Calcium: 400-450

That's a good range, but how do you have such a range? My test kits give a specific reading. Not a giant range. Are you actually testing this?

Phosphate: Don't Know but if anything low because I have a fuge in my sump

That's not how this works. Having a fuge does not equate to low phosphates. You need to be testing this.
