not sure what reactor your using. but i used the maxi jet 1200 ( 297gph i believe) on my TLF reactor for bio pellets. just switched it to the sicce 1.5 pump 357 gph its a perfect fit for that reactor it gives it a perfect tumble . great quiet pump. (im all about keeping the tank quiet and peaceful) Sicce Syncra Water Pump Model 1.5, 357 GPH - AquaCave the sicce pump can also be run out of the water. mine is in the water though.
10 percent off with the sale code right now :)

he Sicce Syncra's are great I have a 3.0 for my return. For both my fuge and my duel BRS reactors I use a mag5 and have it dialed down for the reactors and the fuge. I wouldn't mind changing the mag5 to another Sicce Syncra.

GFO only requires 60-80 GPH or it grinds to dust. Not sure what your tank size is but be very cautious about how much GFO you use. Full dose is only one tablespoonfull (10 grams) per 10 gallons of tank water so the BRS reactor is big time overkill for most reefers since it has a 20 oz cartridge in it. The GFO will be agitated until it grinds itself down and ends up in your tank. A 20 oz cartridge is good for a 300-600+ gallon tank since it can hold up to 600 grams.
