I need to get a extermal pump for a 300 gallon. Max head is 5 mabe 5.5 feet. I want one pump for dual overflows.

What GPH should i be looking for.

With dual overflows soes it cause dual head pressure?

Opinions vary on GPH- some recommend 5x the dt size, and some suggest 10x the sump capacity. Either way, you don't want it to be too strong or the water won't get filtered by whatever means you have installed in the sump.

The number of overflows has no effect on head pressure, only the size and vertical length of the return line. With dual overflows, each will simply feed to the sump 50% of the pump's return flow.
