Chalices aren't too bad IME. You just gotta start with a healthy one. Anyway, that possum is too small for your tank. I know the minimum tank size is 10 gallons, but they are still a freeswimming fish. Not perching like gobies. They need length and area to swim and your tank does not seem suited to this.

i think your talking of the possum wrasse, and i was told my several people including 29in10 that it would work out fine.

Okay, well good luck then! I have experience keeping these fish, we had one in a 5 gallon cube and one in a 20 gallon. The one in the five was reclusive, while the one in the 20 zipped around like a tang. I'm sure it can be done, just like I'm sure you could house a PBT in a 75. All I'm saying is, will that fish be happy, and if you put it in a 5 and it lives 6 months and dies, will it have lived longer in a 20? No one will know as there are too many variables unvolved, but hobbyists have found that on average free swimming fish prefer larger tanks. Would you put a sixline in this tank? I think the possums can be just as active. What you need for your tank are perching fish, or gobies, or no fish at all. I think to keep params stable for your SPS no fish would be advisable.

I would buy an eshoppes nano overflow and put a sump on the system.
