I just bought some marine max by tropical science for my reef tank. I can't find it locally so i had to purchase off the internet. when i recieved it i thought it was odd that i didn't have to open anything. there are usually little tin lids you have to peel back before you can dispense the fluid.

I just wanted to ask some of the others out there that have used the stuff if they had to peel back the tin top off the bottles or if they were just open. I don't want to use something that has been tampered with!

thanks to those who respond and can help me out. they are the 16 0z bottles if it makes a difference. also should this be kept in my fridge or room temp after opening??
