    Not to overlook "Manic Compulsion"

I suspect this condition is a much bigger problem among this group that many would want to admit....

PS: Can be a good thing if under control....A very bad thing when it is not..:-/

Something I take serious meds for. :-[

Probably shows here on 3Reef, when I get off drugs now and then. (so pls excuse when appears I get out of control)

If could have convinced wife, would now have a 500 gallon display right in middle of living room. [IMG]

ROFL, I tell Michael all the time to wall me in with 4 inch thick glasswalls. The kids can view me through the rockwork and corals waving!

manic compulsion...that describes me to a tee!!!
I have not even been in this hobby a year (will be 1 year come Labor Day)
    Here is my mad progression.....
    Aug..first tank purchased a 29g biocube
Nov (first part) Outgrew 29g biocube, got a 75g tank
    Dec..got a 6g nano for seahorses
March..decided I wanted a FOWLR tank for black dogface puffer, got a 55g (never did get the dogface...found other fish I wanted) That tank was cursed however:devil: and hated it from the day I got it.
May...tore down 55g and am in process of tearing down 75g, purchased a 135g tank.
July...going to set back up the 29g biocube so I can do seahorses right. Now have 2-10g and the 6g nano set up for QT tank. Plan to get rid of 1 10g for a 20g long.

Alls I can say, is that when I walk into a LFS my head starts swimming because I am planning my next big adventure, and the owners see BIG DOLLAR SIGNS on me, so they are of course showing me all the new gizmos and gadgets to try out.

My next project is going to be switching my entire condo into one big fish tank...:help::yelrotflm:yelrotflm:yelrotflm:yelrotflm:yelrotflm:yelrotflm:yelrotflm

someones signature says something to the effect of "my next hobby will be sitting in my basement burning $100 bills while continuosly banging my head against the wall" i got a kick out of that..
omard.. who wouldn't want a 500 gallon display in their living room? i think the wife should be on meds! lol

Mine seriously changed today. How do you get past the purple epoxy on white rocks. I am way too ocd for this to not drive me nuts, and 3 to 4 months to seed the dead rock...sheesh! All my patience is aimed at this tank (I don't have much)...my poor kids.

xanax ;) no really I've got the two white pvc pipes sticking up through mine and it doesn't bother me. I know they will eventually be covered in pink and I'm gonna try to put some zoa's on them after I arrange the rock I made. It'll be OK......;D why worry about the small stuff, the big stuff is right around the corner waitin' on your a$$. That's my theory on life.

Michael told me to tell people that the pink **** is coralline algae growth and they won't know the difference...LOL

My rainford goby is so happy in the "big" tank! He's nestled into a piece of rock sleeping where I can see him of course!

    I am so hooked!

Mine likes to be out hunting for pods...maybe you got a shy one. Shy won't go here. I even have a royal gramma that's not shy...kind of hornery but not shy.
