Mandarin

So I was at my local Deathco today and they had a mandarin dragonet and of course I had to inquire about it and I don't think the lady or the manager had a clue what a copepod was and said they wave frozen food in front of it with tongs to feed it. They did not seem that sure of themselves that it was eating! I hope he finds a good home...

 

haha i know! i hate deathCo! nice name for it. and yeah they usually dont know a thing i went in there and couldnt find a Ph. buffer and i asked them where it is and they looked at me like i was retarded. and said whats that?... never gonna go there again unless its for my dog...

 

lmao. they definatly didn't have a fuge there. and there were dead things in EVERY tank.

 

You know, it is truly freakin amazing how everyone calls it deathco (I happen to work there) but everything is alive until it gets to your tanks. Then when it does die, They blame PETCO.......hmmmmm

 

haha! its cool man. it just amazes me i live in wichita kansas and the one here is horrible... they have clowns just floating around while other ones eat the dead one...

lol... well my eel would deffinetly eat it... and they had because they walked by and just looked at it... im not saying your dumb man. trust me your probably smarter than me. butt im just telling you what i saw.

 

I know---there are some bad stores--just don't bash the whole chain because of a few morons. If you knew the actual way petco "requires" them to maintain, you would have a different perspective. Your anger would be directed at the loser working there, not the store--With that said, the manager is just as guilty for not enforcing the rules.

 

its not anger i was just laughing. because who doesnt know what a Ph. buffer is when they are supposed to be working the marine part. im not bashing petco in general just the few morons at my lfs. trust me ive ran into some smart people at some that i go to.
