Sounds like Mr. Bill knows what he's talking about. If you do a search on the subject many people are saying the ORA versions may stop eating prepared.

    here be my 2cents lol

I have one in a 75 gallon with 30 gallon sump, I have great pod growth and a good supply in the DT during the daylight hours (this is when you need to look they hunt during the daylight and dusk on your light schedule, look on the back glass and under the glass cleaner)

You can order pods from reefs2go and they do great to get the population bumped up, the phyto is a great idea just make sure its from a reputable company and never dose to much. there is a chemical signature in dense amounts of phyto that makes pods stop mating, very very rare to have it that high in a home and not something to really worry about if you follow the directions but the possibility is still there.

the size of the fish really dosent matter as big or small as you want but get the fattest sausage looking one that you can see, gives you a bit if room if he takes a few days before he starts eating. A male seems to do better for me than females have but that might be a fluke. almost forgot you defiantly want to make sure he is active in the store/bag slow and lethargic is generally a bad sign.

remember just be prepared to order some pods or have them on stand by the same day you get the fish to help it along. as far as the 6 line goes they do eat pods as much as the mandarin but you will have to watch and see if your system can handle it.
