    Spanish is one of the the "Romance" languages so it makes sense that it has a lot in common with Latin. [Romance as in Roman not Romance as in sexy, sheesh people] If you are going into science it may be helpful as many scientific names are based on Latin roots.

    Plus it's a dead language so you wouldn't have to speak it, only read and write it. Much easier on the GPA in my opinion. ;D;D;D
