It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Interceptor is a relatively safe drug when used properly, while I have only used it twice, I sure would not hesitate to use it again. I wonder way he was using interceptor to treat RTN.

I see a Box Fish or Cow fish in the image. I myself would be more inclined to think that a major poisoning from such a fish or invert would be the culprit, but I do not know all the facts.

    Regardless a most unfortunate outcome.

He must have joined the LFS forum.....

What is the best way to get rid of ich in the display tank? I haven't had to bat with this yet, but if I do, like so many others I've heard, I want to be prepared.

That is quite sad. It doesn't sound like ich though. The only thing I notice from the pictures is a number of fish, especially the tangs are incredibly skinny and malnourished. I don't know if that is related to cause or effect though.

That's what I was meaning when I said the fish didnt have any caves or places to hide. Its all drilled and pvc'd up.

You have never been more right.

It was stated earlier that it probably was more than ich. After finishing the thread marine velvet was also a culprit.

Yes, I know, I was agreeing. Could also have multiple origins, such as a nematode infestation. Or, they are just underfed, which will make them susceptible to many things, which can then spread to other fish. Of course, I don't know. Just a thought.
