all those fish from ich? seems like something else would be going on to knock that many fish out at once.

That makes me so sad. If he didn't have a reef though I wonder why he didn't copper the whole tank real slowly to save his fish. Ich sucks yes, but it is curable in a fo tank.

Even in my limited experience, I find it very hard to believe ich was the major player in his whole tank crashing at once. There was something bigger at play.

From what I read, he kept catching them, putting what he caught in a 70 gallon qt tank, and then after a couple weeks because of aggression placing them back into the dt. The only other problems he had was RTN on his corals. I think the culprit could have been the dog treatment(intercept) that did the final blow.

It was a reef. He uses copper in his qt tank. Plus he was putting the same fish in the tank later for instance an emperor angel would be in the tank then he would put another one in weeks to months later hoping they would pair.

The whole tank didnt crash at once. He still has some fish alive in there. I think that was what was in his qt and dt together.

That sucks. He had 4 Emperor's in one tank. That is a lot of big fish for a 400 gallon tank. I bet there was a lot of aggression.

I'm sure there was in his dt and qt.
