Mag7 Replacement Impeller

    i think, "think" no 100 percent sure the impeller is the same size, just more paddles added

    i have seen both, not at the same time but putting 2 and 2 together i dont think the shaft was a different size at all.

    I am assuming more paddles is supposed to increase efficiency of the pump. Correct?

    Yes in theory i see the smaller paddles, yet more of them, being much more efficient than larger bulky ones. Maybe spins them faster ?

    i would still double check on that, email mag about it..but if the new version is sold as Mag7 replacment then they must be the same.

    Well it doesn't say replacement; it just says "mag 7 impeller". Both the 3 and the 5 paddle have the same name (2 sites). So from that, I would think they will both work; I wanted to be sure though. I will give them a call.
