I just placed an order for 3 mag rocks. One large and two small ones. They should add some depth to the tank plus Im almost out of room for corals on my LR!!
My question is, has anyone had any experience painting them? The only drawback to them is they are white as a ghost and would take at least 3 months to color up in the tank.
Is there such a thing as aquarium safe spray paint?

I don't know if there is. The putty is the way to go. You could get gray to mottle with the pink.

Thats an excellent idea.Have to do it in stages though that epoxy makes my skimmer go insane in large quantities.

Do it while the new rocks are outside the tank. Let it dry and cure outside the tank. That should cut back on the skimmer going nuts.
