    The final set of pics

Well I'm back home in South Dakota...
I hate to admit it but the only speaker I went and sat through was Sanjay Joshi. He gave a talk LED basics.

This was a very cool prototype from CPR. It's an acclimation box that basically does all of the work for you. I'm not going into to much detail because I believe Matt is doing a full write up on it but the basic's are it works by static pressure. Once the animal is in the box you hang it on the tank with a grooved clamp on bracket. Open the valve on the bottom a bit and add the tight fitting lid, the water flowing through the valve slowly pushes the air out of the box through a row of small holes. The more open the valve, the faster the acclimation. Once the animal has been temp/chem acclimated you can choose to add the included small pump and provide a constant flow of water to social acclimate fish or quarantine a couple frags. Turn the bracket around and use the box for dipping fish and corals. I'm getting one when they hit the market!

Well that's about it I guess. It was such a good time and leaving Florida was one of the hardest things I've done in a while.
MACNA2011 is scheduled for Des Moines IA. I can't wait for the 9th of Sept. 2011 to roll around! :)
