    Can you post actual parameters?

From before and after the water change...

Wondering if there was a swing in SG and/or pH (as mentioned already).

Did you let the new water/salt mix sit for at least a day before you did the WC to let it all mix well and then take your SG reading?

Was the WC water really cold? Might have caused a large drop in temp...

    Just ideas...

EDIT: this might be in the wrong section too mods.

what water did you use, RO, RO/DI, what type of salt, what are all of your parameters and SG? obviously something was in that water change water to mess up your tank enough to kill all those fish, just need more info.

I've moved this to the ASAP forum. I'm thinking O2 levels as well. What kind of fish have died?

This is the form for the emergency livestock issues. If you could fill this out as much as possible, it would give us a lot more info on your tank so maybe we could get a better idea of what is going on:

I have heard when it doubt with dying fish, put in an airstone. It will be an instant help if the problem is oxygen. My immediate question is, what container did you use to mix and add the water? I am just wondering if you had a toxin in there. I know we dont have your exact info on params just yet. I heard a story once about a guy that stored all his test kits and supplies in the empty bucket that he used for water changes. The chemicals leached into the bucket and killed the tank at the next water change. I dont know, just an idea, and a heads up to the rest of us.
