    the only card games that were in style that i remember were yu-gi-oh and pokemon ;)

    ...except there's an actual game with written rules built around it, not just stats and a picture.

    i am a proud owner of the 5 pieces of exodia and all the 3 gods.. lol
    took a while to obtain those.;D

    I got all five of those in one pack sold them for about 400 bucks on ebay, but thats when it was popular.

    Wow, Magic the Gathering brings back some memories. I still have some of the cards from the orginial Alpha set. I paid for part of my college tuition selling sets. Great game that paid off big time :). Record was a Black Lotus that sold for $575.00! Most of the cards I have now are not in very good shape (game cards not the collector ones).

    Are old cards still usable? I used to play almost 10 years ago. I still have my decks around here some where, I doubt there is anything worth any amount of money at all I was never that big into it.

    I wouldn't mind finding a chez geek deck though. That game was cool.
