thanks for the info. Yes this has been willie nily, for a few reasons. I get all different sorts of info from people I talk to here(where I physically live and on web sites). It is a learning process and I have faltered a number of times. I have a 55g I will be setting up soon, when ready as I learn more, and more.

I know lions are predators, and I shoot 'em all the time, but they are a VERY passive fish, if fed. The lion and the damsel have been fine together, sit right next to each other some times. Although he has started tracking her this week a couple of times. He can not fit her in his mouth. As big as it can get. I know if I start having shrimp in he will eat them, and if go reef he may have to go if I get small fish....but as is, they are fine tank mates.

The water from the ocean here has supported some amazing tanks for 30 years, with little problems. I know the risk of ocean water, but people here say they have never seen anything bad come from it. Until I find other wise, I will am happy getting it. all those nutrients.

Appreciate the info, but I have to do things differently, I live in a third world country, there are no stores, and I can't get some things. improvised, adn still learning. :)
