Awesome dude! He'll pull thru! If he only saw the stand, and the bean animal setup, he'd realize he's living in a palace and his will to live would increase!

Haha thanks. I don't know if he's taking those things into consideration lol

Thanks! Yes I'm hoping that I can keep everything as nice as the tank begins to mature. Maintenance is key, and that ball is in my court.

I was playing around in the Reef today, and I thought I'd snap a few photos for everyone. The tank is really starting to come along now.

    Kole Tang

    Longnose Hawkfish

ORA Sunrise Dottyback (only about an inch long, so he hasn't really colored up yet. His blue should start coming in soon)

Lyretail Anthias (6 total in the tank 1 Male, 5 Females)

The Sunrise, the Red Scooter, and a colony of Green Radioactive Zonathids

    Pink and Blue Fox Coral

    Purple Tipped Elegance

    Enjoy!

Nice build and great pics! How are your squamis doing? I was considering getting a harem myself... but I've heard that they can be hard to keep alive?

The Sunrise is a bit on the aggressive side for sure ... but he's tiny so thats good. Hopefully he'll get put into his place in the pecking order before he gets any more power lol.

The Lyretails are doing good but I've had them less than a week so I don't have any long term success stories with them yet. I'll be sure and keep you posted

Thank you very much. I love the positive feedback so far. It encourages me to keep my maintenance and parameters in tip top shape lol.

I had big issues with Phosphates, but now have them in check. I never got any algae outbreaks as a result though, huge Clean up Crew and tons of chaeto in the sump. But the phosphates were preventing calcification in my other corals.

I now have them down to 0.01

They were up at 1.14 two weeks ago. Nice water changes and a ton of chemipure elite seems to have done the trick.
