    $250 is a tough budget. I am a huge fan of the tek-light fixtures. I run a 6 bulb 36" fixture on my 75G. If you are willing to add about $70 to your budget you can get the 4x54watt 48" tek light from reefgeek.com for 321.95 w/ your choice of bulbs. You can pick from any of the bulbs they have in stock. Personally, I feel ATI and Geisemann bulbs are the best bulbs out there.

    When it comes to lighting, you get what you pay for.
