Leopard wrasse in 34 gallon tank?

do you think I could keep leopard wrasse in 34 gallon tank?

If not, i have 50 dollar gift certificate for live aquaria. Help me pick a coral or invertebrate or a fish!

im not sure on tank size for a leopard wrasse, but i know they are hard compared to most fish. it depends o how experienced you are. they have very specialized feeding habits

 

I have 2 year experince, and I got yellow watchmen with pistol shrimp, midas blenny, and 1 small clown fish.

 

i think you would be fine, you can never slack of tho they are very demanding. probably more so than a mandarin.

 

yeah, i just read though, that they hide in the sand alot, and with pistol and goby guarding most of the sand bed, i dont want fight to break out and lose either one of them

just so you know if your looking for simple fish to keep you wont want to look in the wrasse family, the majority of them need specialized requirements like feeding and tankmates. i would take this up with evolved. you should shoot him a pm.

 

That's not going to be a big enough tank for a flasher...I had one in a 3 ft tank and it was too short for it when it got to flashing.
