Leather coral and Anemone and others look real bad

    I just purchased a 125g tank from a previous owner. I set it up two days ago the water levels were all out of wack ( I had to stir up and move all of the live sand). I adjusted the water quality to get in back in line.When I checked the water quality the next day and all looked well, the fish were are all fine but the corals, aneomone, feather duster were starting to look a little different (leather was smaller and a different color, feather duster stayed in a lot mone and the anemone was closed up with brown spots.) Any ideas what I could do to help these guys?
