    The clip broke on the cover of my hydor koralia powerhead. I emailed customer service and immediately heard back that they would send me a new one...no questions asked (except for my address). When the box arrived there were two covers inside. I love the customer service! Just great!

    They are great but if there product was sturdier they wouldn't have to send so many free parts out.I use them but they do break from time to time.If it wasn't for there customer service they probably would have been linched by now.LOL
