Hi wondering if I can use a Koralia Nano 425 with a red sea wavemaker. The website says you can use it with a wave timer, but other places I've looked says you can't use them
    Thanks Josh

It's a toss up actually. Sometimes from being turned on/off they have a tendency to run backwards. And they can be noisy.

They are supposed to be wave timer compatible. I have one but not on a timer. One thing everyone says who uses them on a timer is that you can usually hear them click when they turn on. I haven't read too many 425's being used, its usually a 550 or higher. Also, as Nana said, they will sometimes start backwards. I really like mine, but don't know that I would ever try it on a timer.
