Hey, some of my live rocks have been infested with pest anenomes. what are effective methods of killing them off. I tried taking the rocks out and scrubbing away the anenome, but they are able to hide inside the rock, so i cant get to it.

    Please need help

ohh another thing. is it smart to actually have a flame angelfish in a reef tank? i remember love teh color, but i heard it bites at corals. ?

joes juice works pretty good on the anemones. Dont try to manually remove. the pieces you leave behind regrow into new anemones.

You can get Joe's juice online, my store didn't carry it so thats what I had to do. Just google it

Flame Angels are like any fish that are not considered fully reef safe. It depends on the fish, some people have no problem, others do. It's a risk, but it's not "suicide" :)

Don't waste your money on Joe's Juice. Make a paste from Kalkwasser and Ro. Just thin enough to squeeze it through a syringe. Squeeze some in the mouth and they will die. It is very effective and 1/100 of the cost.

I've had good luck with boiling water and a syringe also.
