    There is one of your clues...drink more fluids, preferably water. From my years in nutrition, the stones (if calcified) are a result of dehydration and lack of adequate amounts of calcium. Orthodox doctors have always claimed the patient is getting too much calcium but that fallacy was disproved. When you don't get enough dietary calcium through what you eat or through supplementation, your body will leech calcium from your bones. This type of calcium is not easily broken down like dietary calcium is and hence a calcified stone forms. Hope this helps you out and I am glad you are feeling better.

    i was on the phone earlier with a fellow from work and he told me of this. I'm not to worried, i remind myself that i'm not the first person they have treated for this. plus there is a 90 yr old gentleman across the hall who is havin a tough time, poor guy.ifeel bad for him. kinda keeps it in perspective for me ya know

    GREAT NEWS!!! the doc is releasing me from the hospital!;D i have to take home " the strainer" lol drink tons of water and wait. oh and pain killers
