Keeping Mandarins in Nano's 2

Congrats on getting him filled up.

 

Is that what it is? He's perching because he's full?

 

I think so or has figured out that the Cheato is the best place to hunt.

 

Well I'm thinking the way he ate at noon time...he's probably filled up on worms/Nutramar Lil piggy that he is.

 

LOL, good he is eating worms and Nutramar that will make your job much easier, congrats.

 

I do think Dilly's eyes are much bigger then his mouth~LOL~he held on to this piece of whatever (Rods food fish only) for about 15 minutes before he finally let it go. He was not happy about it either. Don't gotta worry about him eating that's for sure.

WOOT WOOT! 10 weeks today, gooooooo Dilly!! He's now eating Rods fish only food I tried feeding it to him before but he wasn't having it. So today I decided to use a turkey baster to feed him. He had no issues with me switching from the black tubing at all. He seems to like the baster more. So much easier for him to get the food. I just might start relaxing a little

 

Congrats ill have red baron 4 weeks tomorrow. Still fat and alive found him sleeping out front the other day was very happy. And I also have a ball of cheato in display. But I can't target feed him runs when I try but the person I got him from did. But happy still ! Here's a few blurry pics.

i would suggest ridding your tank of that rock anemone, theres a large chance your mandarin will eventually end up getting eaten by it they tend to be highly susceptible to that.
