For your 1 complaint about overnight shipping costs here, there will be 10+ other customers with good reviews about JustPhish. Overnight shipping is what it is, so get out of your cave and get used to it.

 

Well from what I have read here it looks like I am going to be ordering some cleaner packs, some ricordea, and shrooms from Just Phish via the ground shipping method because I want to put them into my trash can after they take about 5-7 days to get here from CT. On the other hand, if I pay for overnight shipping I would be able to put them into my tank, which method of shipping should I use???

No no. You said that I had to send you the stuff for the price you paypaled me because that's what the cart said. Doesn't matter what the site said. Then you went on to say something to the effect of you can't be held responsible if the cart is unable to correctly process the amount you owed. The thing is, you were given the option to ship overnight and the cost associated with it. You didn't check it though. You checked ground.

 

Again false. I said cancel my order and refund me. I told you NOT to send me anything. If you didnt throw a temper tantrum and call me names and threaten me with lawyers perhaps we wouldn't be here.

 

I was just refunded my money and have no further interest in discussing anything with you. Perhaps if you didn't insult me, call me names, and accuse me of "trying to get something from you" we could have avoided all this mess.

Maybe next time you will count to 10 before sending nasty emails and accusing people of things they didn't do before hitting the send button.

Well we can get all of this mess settled if we can see a copy of the invoice where we can clearly see what type of shipping method was selected. IMO.

Just because I own a business and you're a customer doesn't give you the right to be rude, insutling, or to make false accusations, and I have to take it because the customer is right. You gotta be out of your mind if you think I'll let anyone walk all over me. We are equals, no less. Don't talk to me like one and I don't to hear the crying when I reply in turn.

You wanted your stuff overnight but you refused to pay for it and told me you can't be held responsible. Just now you told me you never wanted me to ship you anything. Like I questioned in my reply, what was I supposed to do? Cross my arms across my chest and blink rapidly and poof! They'd magically appear on your moms dining room table? Perhaps that works for Major Nelson but I don't have those powers.

You keep crying that you weren't lieing and demanded I provide proof you were. I copied and pasted everything privately! How can one deny something in black and white like that? Perhaps the same way they "waited patiently".

 

I didn't threaten you with anything. As I told you before you went nuts, perhaps you were angry but I was fine. Still am. As far as my lawyer goes I told you that you were on a slippery slope going public posting things that weren't true. As I told you privately, post to your tiny hearts desire, just be honest and I won't have anything to do!

Go google your company name and look at the satisfaction ratings. Consecutive 1 out of 5 stars speaks for itself. Make sure you look at the date of the ratings before you accuse me of doing them. Better yet, find out who posted the negative scores and email them threatening to call your lawyer because they has a less than satisfying experience with your company.
