The Canary Blenny also called the Canary Fang Blenny is called that because he has teeth. If they are attacked, they will bite the inside of the aggressors mouth and will even attack fingers in the tank. This fish should be dealt with using caution and is considered venomous.

IT should NOT be housed with others of its own kind unless it is an established pair.

I myself do not have nor have I ever owned one of these fish

Once again...be very careful putting your hands into your tank now. This little dude packs a pretty good wollop and good luck with him. They are beautiful fish.

It looks like one. Articles I've read says they will go after little fingers so you should keep children away from the inside of the tank. Not sure how bad they bite but I don't think it is life threatening...just stings a bit but I'm not certain about that as Ive never been bitten. I have little hands so I opted to not get one when I heard it would bite. But the plus side is...the articles I've read say they have a personality all their own and do some crazy things...some will even play dead.
I am new to the forum and I am sure others will answer your post with some very good thoughts. They are a very sharp group.
