    Thanks, good taste in urchins. I hope it becomes an algae destroyer. My old rocks got to marinate in phosphate laden tap water for about a year.

    They can be bulldozers and they tend to destroy coralline algae. Some eat corals.

    If yours is anything like mine, your algae doesn't stand much of a chance! My entire back wall was covered in GHA and my urchin ate it all in one night!! :eek:
