I heard they had been bought by another company and the new company messed with the formulation and may have killed off whatever loyalty there was to the product. So it may not be in production any more.

    Joe's Juice....

    Hard to find... Don't Panic!

You don't need it. Its works well, but not nearly as well as a kalkwasser mix.

Go to the pet store, they all have it, even petco. ugh.

Then go get chinese food. (eat it)

Take the pint size chinese food take out plastic tub, fill it 1/5 of the way up with kalk, the rest with water.
Put the cover on, TIGHT! Shake it like a polaroid picture.

Find a syringe, if you can get a 18g blunt tip filler needle, the one that they use to draw medicine in from the bottle that meds come in, maybe from CVS... Not that important, I'm sure you can figure out how to inject those bastards.

Only use 10ml at a time, you dont wanna throw off your tank parameters.

BONUS, you just dosed your tank for alk.

tl;dr : Buy Kalk, make mix, profit!!!

i just bought and used joes juice about 2 months ago. it worked great, when did this take over of the company take place? i sure hope thats not true that they messed with it, how foolish that would be to mess with something that works better than any other product on the market.
actually used the last of my joes juice last week. since i had threw some rocks in the fug that had aptasia on them. well, bad move... for those thinking it wouldn't matter, it did. they were taking over in the fug. they got past the fug area and were in the return pump compartment. one was growing on my ato sensor...yikes! that could have caused a problem. i think i hit them all. so if your thinking of throwing rock that has aptasia in the fug... not a good idea. lol but Joe's juice does work like a charm.

Grab some peppermint shrimp. Any aiptasia that are too large, "Aiptasia X" will suffice.

The formulation wasn't changed. There's actually tons of Joe's juice....they just can't send it to the distributors. Contractual/Intellectual Property issues are the cause of it not being available right now. Hopefully, they'll solve that issue soon.
