Is this a snail predator??

    I had some limpets on mine. I plucked them off and they were a "snail-like" underneath the shell.

    Glad you got it ID'ed. I've never seen them clustered on a live nerite like that!!! They normally tend to clump on slow-moving, larger shells, or just on rocks or other inanimate objects.

    Wild. Nice to see an ID for future ref.
    I had a snail with a barnacle on it once.
    It would wave every time it went by.

    I knew this would come in handy! Just got some turbos today & one of them has this on its shell. Two of them have barnacle butt too LOL.
