is this a good sump fora 75

    Thanks for everything guys!! im most likely goign to go with the 20 just because money is really tight these days. Hopefully i can make it work, and i also really dont want to be putting any more wieght in the room..........the tank is 75 gallons upstiars in a bedroom and it has about VERY close to 100 pounds of rock in it. im not really sure if its good to have all this weight in a room that doesnt have a concrete base to it ..........so im going be going with the 20 gallon

    and if anyone knows how much wieght could be supported in a upstairs bedroom let me know cause i was told to not put any tanks over 75 especially with reef tanks cause all rocks and sumps and things that wieigh alot

    I hope your tank is either on a load bearing wall or an outside wall because that is alot of weight to have on the second level. yikes

    Depends on when the house was built. You may be safe if you keep it close to a load bearing wall, or disperse the weight via a larger cabinet with a wide flat bottom.
