I would say this is a good deal, nova does make a pretty good bulb system and it seems like this includes everything, a brand new 40g breeder is about $100 alone and with the 30g sump about $45-$70 so theres close to half of it and not to mention he is including a protein skimmer and lighting system and I think he said 60lbs of live rock, well 60lbs is like $300 by itself so buying the tank and rock seperate would have already cost you $400 only this is giving you a light, skimmer, salt, carbon, kits, salt, return pump, sump, heaters etc.

So in other words yes it is.

I think that looks like a nice deal if everything is in good shape (looks like it is) and you dig the style of the custom stand. The calfo overflow is nice but it casts shadows that you might not be too fond of.

Not sure what tank you're upgrading from, but 40BR are nice. The dimensions are great to work with.

If you check it out, inspect everything before you purchase it. Seals on the tank, rust on the lighting fixture, salt damage, aiptasia, etc. I dont like nova fixtures. poor ballasts and the fans are loud imo.
