I have had this NASO TANG for 3 days. From the moment I took him out of the box and out him in the reef, he had white streaks/spots. They are not uniform and can be found on his body and face.

He seems very happy in the tank other than the fact that my Clarki Clown like to chase him. On day 1 and 2 he could not venture out and stayed in one part of the tank hid=ding from the Clarki. But today, Day 3, he is swimming everywhere and eating all my bubble algae!!!!!;D (that's the reason I got him!) But overall happy and active (eating bubble algae, surfing the power heads and running from Clarki Clown).

***Sorry pictures are a but "grainy", the very small white spots are the camera ;) ***

Do you think he is sick...? Will the color come back...?

    THANKS FOR YOUR TIME!

Well, hard to say for sure if its the beginning of Marine Ich. But it may just be, possibly shipping, transport injuries. Make sure he's well feed for the time being and watch for raised white dots on his body.

Thanks for the responses. I will keep an eye on this and update the thread later this week. If it is what was mentioned above, will it spread to other healthy fish?

It could spread to the other fish. Depends on their health.
