Is my halimedia gone/going sexual? ASAP please!

Looked normal yesterday,today I noticed it looking like this,should I pull it?The main stalk(s) is almost bone white and now has "bushy" dark green foilage all over it.

 

I have never seen anything like that! If you get a chance, some additional pics would be awesome!

 

I just took those 5 min ago,i've only had it for about 3 weeks and was "greening" back up,but not like this,lost all coloration in the main plant and has sprouted bunches of tiny little...leaves,i guess.

 

I've only ever had mine melt!

Yeah,i'm not sure what it's doing,this is the first fuge i've ever had.I googled it going sexual and seen cloudy tank pics with low o2 issues,skimmer going nutz,etc,but my dt seems to be fine?I haven't tested anything yet as i've just noticed it.

I kind of want to leave and see what it's doing,but kind of afraid at the same time and want to pull it before I do have a mess on my hands.

 

It shouldn't be bad like other macros, because it's based more on calcium than ammonia and such.

Thanks for both of you twos help,that was the biggest thing that caught my attention when reading up on care of the plant was to watch for sudden changes and this was about as sudden as it gets,lol.
