There was no hole on mine, just on the intake.

The red x is where I drilled the hole.

Sorry but the hole should be drilled outside of the overflow in the snap together pipe

There was no room any where except where I drilled.

Could you mark on the picture where it should be.

Go buy new return pipe you ruined yours. The seep hole is predrilled in the elbow

The return part is entirely in the water.

If I drilled in the elbow it would spray all over, and cause microbubbles.

If I drill a hole that's in the water it's not going to break the suction. The water level in the tank is always the same.

I would only get microbubbles if I drilled the elbow, I had a leak in it and it was causing bubbles, I fixed the leak and stopped the bubbles.

If the elbow already had a seep hole, it wasn't working.

Spoke with Rochelle at Allglass tech services at (414) 421-9670 She verified that the Anti-syphon is predrilled in the elbow already. She even was so kind as to go pull one from a box and verify for me seeing as I am at work and couldnt look at mine at home. AllGlass doesnt have a picture that shows this but after installing bunch of these I have not seen one that doesnt have it right where I said it was

Mine didn't have one. If it did it didn't work, I never got a break in the suction when I powered off.

Sounds like they didn't give me the right elbow.
