Nothing, water changes alone with a quality salt will provide everything needed for softies to stay happy and thrive, likewise with your coralline,it just takes some time.

I would def agree on testing your salted water before dosing for dkh calcium ph salinity etc.I personally found dosing a two part based on how much your livestock consumes with evaporation in addition to your water change. Bulk reef supply has a great kit that's awesome and a nice automated system you can set and forget which will help keep your parameters stable

I wouldn't bother with dosers just now as you may never need it for a softies only tank.
Just start off with changing 5 to 10g of water each week, 10 being preferred, and keep an eye on your alk as your calcium and magnesium needs should be just fine.
Top up for evaporative losses daily to maintain an even s.g..

ok. my aquarium will be a 300liter but water volume will be 200 liter so 10 liter of water change every week or every alternate with red sea coral pro salt is good enough?

My purple up started working well after three or four doses, the purple took over my glass so I stopped dosing. When I first bought my reef I spent about $300 on supplements only to end up returning half of them because stuff like Coral-Vite already has Ca and Io supplements along with Mg and everything else. There is about atleast 50 ways to accomplish the same thing, and I agree with Coralline - water changes will provide enough nutrients for most systems, I also use Kent's Reef Starter parts A and B weekly and it keeps everything really happy but again doing that is prob. not even necessary as long as I do my WC"s

thats what im saying. purpleup has everything in it calcium, magnesium, strontium, aragonite, iodine and trace elements. they tell to dose 5ml per 50g ill dose 5ml everyday well that will provide everything a reef needs so even if i skip a water change incase, this will do the job. water change will be with red sea coral pro salt, i guess thats the best available in the market.

You will be fine with water changes with red sea coral pro. Especially with a softie tank. No need for purple up imo.
Are you going to check all levels that purple up increases before you dose?
Dosing chemicals blindly will be worse than just leaving it alone and doing water changes.
All in all its your tank, your decision.
    Good luck!

No, not 10L, 10 gallons which is approximately 40 litres.
You don't even need purple up. Your coralline will grow anyway if you just keep your water refreshed. You won't need all the trace elements included in the Purple Up.
Also, adding purple up does NOT replace a water change which will lower elements that are TOO high.
As far as "best on the market" goes, that is in the eyes of the beholder, as everyone has their own specific preferences.
I believe Instant Ocean is the best SELLING salt on the market and it's what I purchase because it's the cheapest in my area.
However, I also mix my own salt mixture to use along with I.O. because it is a lot cheaper still than the I.O..
