Installing my Glass Holes overflow

    I am reading the papers that came with it, about how to install the overflow box.

    Here's what the picture on the paper shows...

    The bulkhead nut s too large(obviously) to put int he OF box. It would fit, if the baffle weren't there. Shouldn't the bulkhead nut already be in the box???:confused:

    I put the hole stencil in there to represent the glass thickness.

    Hrm....does the baffle slide/pop out?

    The baffle cover pops out lol. It's tight but it does.

    Jeeze. Feels like the acrylic is welded.

    haha. Maybe that's because I was pulling in the sides of the baffle instead of the top. ::) I've got it now.
