At 9000 feet, Evergreen Colorado, in someone's basement, is a 1200g peninsula reef aquarium powered by 8 Votrtech pumps all on one end. He's certainly no rookie either. At 2 moths old, the livestock of this tank was transferred from his previous 600gallon reef. At 10' long X 5' wide X 3' tall and covered in coral, I thought this was a very cool tank. Have a look!

I give props to LCD Soundsystem for their song, "Someone Great". :)

Me likey... that is a ton of Vortechs. Wonder how he has those setup.. All linked, antisynced, same patterns, different patterns. The possibilities are almost endless.

yeah, I don't know. He didn't really go into that. Did you see the text box that said he has 5,000 watts of metal halide?! LOL. I want to see his electricity bill.

I sure as hell don't want to see it. I am dreading the day that I have a setup that size.

I like it! haha. Read what the owner posted: "When you do a video for your own massive reef tank, you get to pick the song." That made me laugh.

I don't think the electricity bill would even matter if you can afford a tank this big.
