    Well good news!
My tank is 4 weeks old and my coralline growth is going crazy! I have all sorts of colors. Pink, purple, green. It seems like overnight it decided to just bloom insanely!

The corals are very happy and there have been no problems that worry me.

    Question:
What factors other than using acintic lights contribute to healthy coralline growth? I am wondering why my tank started producing it so early in its life...

That's a good question. My guess is good water quality and light. On the other hand some people have both of those and never see any. Also some people can seem to get rid of theirs:p. Maybe someone else knows exactly.

How 'bout good/stable Ca, alk and, mg for starters. A good seeded piece of live rock also helps.

yeah, for coraline i noticed you need to have an initial source for continued spread. Once i took some coraline from a friends tank and put it in mine is when it started in my tank.
