In search of anyone running a SWC 160 Cone Skimmer

So my skimmer came in the mail today and I opened it up and saw it had a white bubble plate. All of the pictures I find online show it running with a nice clear acrylic bubble plate. Did I get sent an old version or incorrect version of the skimmer. I ordered a swc 160 xtreme cone skimmer.

I purchased mine a couple of months ago. It has a white one.

Edit: That cone will be so freakin packed with bubbles you won't even be able to see the plate!

Moved to skimmers board.

 

Mine has a clear plate and they look identical.

 

I've seen both the white and clear plates, and they are identical.

 

mine has white plate, freaking small foam balls they packed mine in were all in my skimmer

 

this skimmer is an absoulute must own If your a junkie for quick plug and play skimming...

 

Hows it work, I just ordered the SWC 180 cone, I'd be interested to see how it performs

 

I have a 160 cone and by all means it's champ for what I know...
If you get breakin in part over,this skimmer if adjusted properly wil do awsome skimming...I'm here from winnipeg manioba canada.
I live 15mi away from SWC ad I go i the store tellig the ower...you get amazing feedback on the 160 cone...
