I thought you meant reefing.... But good. I have smoked since I was fifteen. I dont smoke alot, but quitting is incredibly difficult. I do my best to smoke as little as possible, usually just one or two a day. Just take it small steps at a time. Good luck bro.

well, i smoke about a pack a day and iv had many different quit dates and have never met them. the classic new years, birthday, anniversary, i even set one for when i got my 55G filled. all have come and gone. quitting right now will easily be the very best thing you do for yourself this year. im 24, been smoking for 10 years and regret ever taking a drag, regardless of how cool it makes me look(this is a joke about peer pressure, the only reason people pick up smoking). best of luck to you

Thats great news. What's even better news for you is the fact that you are 16. Which means you're not a hard core addicted smoker (some grizzled bar fly that's been sucking down 2 packs for 25 years) and that you have supernatural healing abilities at this age.

You should be fine. Just don't light up again, thats all.

Good luck, i think it will be easy for you to quit. It a lot easier to quit when u put something of greater importance in place of smoking. I kicked the habit 6 weeks and counting now. i did it with the e-cigarette. But i recon u cant use that since ur folks don't kno that u smoke. I have been saving a whole lot extra money for the past few weeks since i stopped I also feel a lot better about myself both physically and mentally. I'm now 22 and I've been smoking since I was 11.

all you Americans, so spoiled with your low prices on everything ... A pack of cigarettes in Canada will run you $14 a pack. A case of beer will run you $45.

I have seen a few US websites that sell instant ocean salt for $35-$40 a pail ... we pay between $80-$100 per pail

... but seriously, best of luck man. my parents both keep trying to quit ... persistance and support, you'll get er' done lol
