    Funny too, I just checked all params. yesterday.

    Nit. and Phos. were both zero, etc.

    By macerated, I think the flow across his body while he was stuck on the screen was a bit too much for him to handle.

    ..I'm thinking maybe he was sick or injured prior to getting stuck...or is it something he just jumped or swam into and then that was the end?
    ...it sux when you lose anything though...sorry.

    Well, I have an intank overflow, then to a HOB overflow, then my sump. I had some sponges in the top of my intank overflow, I guess he slipped by as small hole, and into the sump. From there, he made his way into the main chamber, and probably got too close and he could't free himself from that much force of the flow on the screen/basket that is the intake to my RP. He was very small. Too bad he's gone however, I liked him just the same. I do try and be as responsible to my livestck as I can.
