Yes but the cost of replacement DI resin due to the low RO rejection rate at 3540 psi will soon equal the cost of the booster pump.
Unfortunately quality is not cheap. If you shop around you may find it a little less but one thing I know for sure Spectrapure does is to upsize the 24v DC power supply so it stands up longer and they add some additional fittings and wiring you don't find elsewhere. Make sure the price insludes the pressure switch and power supply at a minimum. If you look on the aquatec website it shows the accessories like the pressure switch, solenoid valve and power supplies.

Probably the high flow automated kit but I would call them and tell them exactly how you intend to use the system, ie drinking water kit, ATO etc and let them tell you what you need. I have the 8800 and their solenooid valve and float switch kit for my ATO but I don't have a drinking water kit so did not need the auto kit.

You will always want to use it as it makes the RO membrane work better and last longer since it will be better flushed.

well this isnt going to be a ato, my tank is to far from my sink i plan on putting this in to do that. i only want to have my RODI hooked to my sink for RO water on the sink and then open cabinet and use the RODI for filling my ATO reservoir for my tank (plan on have multiple reservoir)

You will want to plumb it like this diagram then:

Note the 1 psi check valve which seperates the drinking water pressure tank from the DI water for the reef. This is important to keep the TDS creep in the pressure tank from depleting the DI resin. Where it says "To Sump" from the DI you would use the ball valve to fill jugs or the sump or whatever.
My MaxCap system is in my garage 35 feet from my tank along with my ATO storage reservoir. I ran 35 feet of 1/4" tubing through the wall, under and behind the kitchen cabinets and around an arcadia door behind the trim to my sump where the UPLC-II ATO pump resides and fills the sump. Distance isn't really an issue.
