    I keep finding new stuff all the time but I was looking at my rocks carefully and coralline has began to take ahold! Today begins a new phase of my aquarium and I'm all giggly.:biggrinbo Gman is looking at me like I need a life.

    Nice! If you can, crush some of the coralline into fine particles in the water column-- this will help seed the tank a little faster.

    Thanks I may do that :) I have turbo snails that have it on their shells so I thinking that's how it got seeded in the first place. Snail goes on rock, shell rubs against rock, coralline scrapes off and starts. :)

    Of course! Scraping is fine, I'm just wicked excited. I looked at my other rock and others have the beginings of it too. Nature amazes me ;D
