I broke my Protein Skimmer

Ok I have a Aqua Medic Turboflotor Multi SL hang on skimmer.
well I was cleaning the pump, a Ocean Runner PH 2500, and where the pump hooks to an airline hose so it can pull air in, it always gets clogged with white stuff ( I think calcium deposit) so I was cleaning it and well I broke a chip off. The airline tubing goes over it still but it doesn't work now and doesnt pull enough air in and the skimmer just overfills really fast.

Well anyways I have contacted aqua medic to see if I can get a replacement part for it.

My question is, how long can I run my tank without a skimmer?
My tank is a 55 gallon. I have a HOB Aqua Clear 70 filter. 1 koralia 2 powerhead and 1 koralia 3 powerhead.
My current stock is 2 clown fish and a mandarin dragonet.
Duncan coral, candy cane coral, an SPS (dont know the name) bunch of mushrooms, zoas, monti frag, and palys.
also have nerite snails, dwarf ceriths, blue legs, and a peppermint shrimp.

You are lightly stocked for a 55g so nothing is even going to notice for WEEKS and WEEKS.

 

ok thanks. I have no idea how long it will take to get a new piece or even if they carry one. I am hoping they do as I don't want to spend $80 on a new pump.
