Reef Safe usually means "Safe with corals", sometimes it means safe with inverts. It doesn't necessarily mean it wont eat other fish.
How big is your tank and how long have you had it set up?
Do you want to keep corals?

In reef safe by corals. i had a clown trigger and would pick up and try to eat all my inverts.

In addition to reef safe there is the aggressive category. It may need to be in a tank with aggressive fish.

hummu hummus are more semi-aggressive of the triggers but still very aggressive. i wouldnt do it becuase then you are limited to only adding more aggressive fish after he gets into the tank. a maroon clown added after him would be doomed. your flame angel should be ok though.

    what is your tank size?
