HUGE Copepod outbreak before finished cycle??

    Oh yeah i've had that happen in fact that is what is happening right now in my tank. They just will not stop reproducing and since nothing really targets them as food, they literally form mattes over the rock, glass, and their favorite place the heater.

    Now these are not normal cope-pods, well the swarming ones, they are very small and swim very quickly almost like a naupalli, however they are white and tend to clutter in groups.

    Garfs Grunge introduced them into my tank along with really weird worms that i have 1,000 of (no not bristle worms more like earthworm consistency)

    At any rate it is a great sign CONGRATS! Hopefully the cycle will continue to feed them you can never have enough micro and macro organisms in your mini piece of the reef.
